QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
With 3-5 years relative experience
Know how to handle/manage bidding process for all contract packages to include evaluation of bids and submit recommendation to the owner.
Must be knowledgeable in preparation of cost estimate for the total project.
Experienced in preparing quantity take off for all work disciplines.
Working knowledge in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to accept outside Cebu assignments
In good physical health condition
