QUANTITY SURVEYOR
tasks and Job responsibilities:
» Will be in-charge of the BOQ os clients across multiple industry types including Care, Industrial, F&B etc.
Requirements:
Appropriate qualifications:
» Candidate has at least 3 - 5 working related practice, preferably in structural engineering projects that focused on quantity surveying.
» Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities not including MEPF Services but including counts of Plumbing Fixtures.
» Bill of Quantities to be prepared in CUBIT software only.
»Proficient in CUBIT Software.
» Measure in a standard industry trade format in line with the tender return schedule and will utilize headings and codes to dissect the Bill of Quantities measurement as required.
» Interpret provided project reports for significant allowances
» Project values range from 500K to 40M$ across multiple industry types including Care, Industrial, F&B etc
» Issue Request For Information notices through to Australian located estimating manager for response or follow up with client.
» Attend meetings with internal and external resources over Teams.
