QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
Evaluates and controls the project requirement in terms of material order and job order and weekly and monthly billing of subcontractor
Prepares and evaluates cost comparison of all material (finishes/consumables) and labor works
Prepare and collect technical documents for Bidding
Study client requirement and RFP's to be able to prepare competitive cost proposals for bidding.
Update boundary lines and prepare sites for construction so that legal disputes are prevented.
Make precise measurements to determine property boundaries.
Provide data significant to the shape and contour of the Earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, and construction projects.
Assist the Project Manager in properly implementing of Admin related policies and procedures pertaining to project site
Prepare detailed schedule of works and manpower
Conduct site surveys to be able to get actual measurements in preparation for quantity take off.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD
