Duties and Responsibilities:
Review of Final Engineering Design Plans, specifications, contract documents and other relevant construction documents.
Review the Consultant's detailed quantity calculation submitted for the Final Engineering Design (FED).
Check/update the Detailed Unit Price Analysis for each pay item involved in the project for comparison with the submitted cost of the Final Engineering Design.
Monitor actual construction cost of the project and compare with the Certified Construction Cost Estimate to determine final cost of the project.
Prepare and send project related correspondences and draft various forms and construction documents.
Attend meetings related to the work assignment and/or meetings as instructed by the Project Manager/Team Leader.
Assist in the preparation of Monthly Progress Reports of the Project.
Perform other work related duties upon instruction of the Project Manager/Team Leader.
Qulifications:
Minimum of FIVE (5) to TEN (10) years of professional/work experience in PPP/BOT feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, construction management supervision of expressway/road/bridges/viaduct/interchanges/irrigation/flood control/drainage/airport/port/harbour/railway and/or building projects.
