Job Description:
Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data
Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies & experimentation to achieve business goals
Set strategic direction on data requirements to monitor performance and deliver analysis
Lead delivery of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses including segmentations, optimizations and other techniques to improve business function performance
Collaborate across functions and LOB's to drive Analytics and Insights
Fully accountable for execution of multiple programs

Directly shapes components and the execution of department strategies and how they can be accomplished

Has lead responsibility for execution/implementation of programs, processes and initiatives, may manage cross functional resources

Generally 10+ years of related experience

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
