A Day in the Life
To achieve the following Asia Pacific Quality goals and objectives as a member of Quality/Regulatory Asia Pacific team:
Customer Loyalty - Achieve market-leading customer loyalty by continuously meeting customer expectations concerning quality of services we provide.
Process/Product Excellence - Establish effective, harmonized and lean quality systems within Asia Pacific to deliver excellent outputs. Work proactively with global team as an Asia Pacific entity to streamline global processes to meet multi-regional needs.
Organizational Capability - Build an overarching organization with the concept of Asia Pacific entity to strengthen holistic organization performance. Develop talents within Asia Pacific through leveraging knowledge and expertise.
Mindset of Excellence - Develop a culture that encourages full participation of all Asia Pacific staff to achieve maximum organization engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
Take a Lead on global quality initiatives and projects to implement processes and IT systems in Asia Pacific geographies, ASEAN, ANZ, Japan, India and Korea, such as improvement to country process efficiency and improvement.
Provide leadership and support on QARA Projects for Process Improvement and optimization.
Be the Change Analyst and project leader for the Key Projects in QARA to be deployed across Asia Pacific.
Support Global Quality team activities - Global Quality Metrics, future global audit programs, Process Improvement, Project Management etc.
Leverage the best practice across the APAC region and help the countries to implement the initiatives.
Provide project management support for Japan QRA specific support.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Your Profile
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant quality experience in medical device or similar environment
Project management experience in global environment
Knowledge of ISO13485 and its implementation is an advantage
Project Management Skill and Lean Six Sigma Skill is required
Operational Excellence experience is required.
Nice to Have
Project management experience in operational excellence project.
Track record of good experience in project management.
Other Comments or Requirements:
Regional and overseas travel will be required
Some out of hours and on-call work will be required
