Responsible for the hardware design and manufacture and configuration of Reliability hardware and systems for Temperature Stress Test (Burn-in). Improving the components, layout and design of Reliability hardware for increased robustness. Implement and validate cost-effective hardware solutions not encroaching on product release schedules. - TTR / TTM. Analyse existing systems and identify weaknesses or inefficiencies and use problem-solving skills, both analytical and empirical to make robust solutions for our challenging product portfolio. Develop and drive adoption of standards Monitor suppliers and develop and implement control plans. Assess customer needs and requirements and offer timely technical support. Desirable to be able to create acceptance criteria for existing and new systems that support new products and technologies. Build & Test or production and assembly of carrier pcb based solutions.
