This position shall be responsible for driving Quality Recruitment by providing Data Capture, Management and Processing / Analytics.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with variety of data sources extracting knowledge and actionable information from massive datasets
Proactive validation of data accuracy
Coordinate and communicate between business users and the data warehouse, balancing requirements and resources to solve business problems
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
Ability to build visualization reports
Can work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes
Ability to organize and lead meetings
Conducting research studies on various target market demographics and behaviors to identify different needs and wants, at the same time reviewing and analyzing the research findings alongside available company data
Performing tasks/special projects that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time (as needed).
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, the candidate must possess at least the following qualifications:
BA or BS in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or other technical related field
With 1 to 2 years working experience in technical data analysis, data science, data warehousing
A love for insights, innate curiosity, and a deep desire to find ways to create value
Excellent oral and written communication skills with good corporate presentation and negotiation skills
Comfort in a complex data environment and understanding of data captures
Detail oriented, creative, ambitious and a go-getter
Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Must be self-motivated/self-starter and have strong work ethics
