Quality Internal Auditor
This position is responsible for the Transactional Audit, Analysis of data and Reporting that will be utilized by Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. stakeholders and management team when creating and arriving at business operational decision. The said role is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with quality standards across operations and perform quality audits to identify areas of improvement for our team, while doing deep-dive analysis to find trends and root causes of errors to give feedback on our recruiter and advisor's performance.
Responsibilities:
1. Knowledgeable in performing transactional audit (both call and file audits)
2. Provide quality intelligence and provide reports regarding quality metrics
3. Report to the management team identified error trends on a daily basis.
4. Develops and maintains knowledge on different processes of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc.
5. Help leadership optimize support logic and to provide insights to both the operations and training team to bridge the knowledge gap with our processes.
6. Calibrate with various teams on process and policy knowledge on a weekly basis to ensure consistent quality assurance across the board.
7. Ensures that Operations follow approved guidelines, procedures, processes in a consistent way
8. Identify root causes and improvement opportunities in company training, process and policies.
Qualifications:
1. At least 2 to 3 years working experience on a QA role in a BPO/ Shared Service environment.
2. Basic to Intermediate Knowledge in MS Office Applications
3. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
4. Multi-tasking skill in a fast-paced environment
5. With the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
6. Strong analytical, problem solving skills and close attention to detail
7. Experience in designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure
8. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
9. The ability to communicate in a clear, simple, constructive and effective fashion
10 Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
11. Proven ability to coach, train and motivate for performance
12. Proactive with a strong work ethic and eagerness to 'go the extra mile'.
13. With a "Can Do" attitude and mindset.
