The Corporate Planning Officer under the System Planning & Development section is primarily responsible in ensuring the efficient implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) specifically on the following areas:
Administer and maintain compliance to IMS requirements (including conduct of internal audit activities, facilitation of management review, handling nonconformance and corrective action, handling customer feedback, maintenance of document and record management system, and other IMS-related tasks).
He/She is also tasked to conduct system/process reviews in view of Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and continual improvement initiatives.
1. Perform tasks related to administration and maintenance of compliance to IMS requirements at the Corporate Office such as but not limited to:
· Conduct of internal audit activities;
· Facilitation of management review;
· Handling nonconformance and corrective action;
· Handling customer feedback;
· Implementation and maintenance of records/documents control policies and procedures;
· Assistance during 3rd party audits
· Conduct QMS Awareness, QMS Refresher Course and Internal Audit Trainings
2. Conduct system/process reviews, project development and implementation as assigned
3. Attend to queries from internal and external stakeholders
4. Prepare and consolidate needed data/reports/materials/documents
5. Generate regular reports
