We are looking for Quality Engineers who will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools for defect investigation.
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure processes meet or exceed quality standards.
Evaluate and analyze production data (i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability index, etc.) to determine opportunities for improvement in quality
Support quality assurance initiatives to meet industry standards and regulations.
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
Project management experience would be beneficial
