JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•At least 2 years of work experience on a similar function.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
•Sound knowledge of statistics and different statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
•Ability to work with minimal supervision. Display decisive initiative and accountability.
•Very good communication skills.
•Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
•Experience in QMS and Quality audits is an advantage.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
•Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
•Prepare reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
•Spearhead and monitor the resolution of plaza performance issues.
•Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business and information needs.
•Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications and develop policies for data governance.
•Identify and establish necessary process documentation.
•Process confidential data and information according to company guidelines.
•Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
