Comply with policy, system, standard and procedure.
Manage customer quality.
Understand customer requirement and execute.
Responsible for the implementation of the quality programs in the whole facility.
Handle customer complaints and quality related queries.
Implement customer requirements, carry out product quality plan, control plan and quality standard for all projects and ensure its effectiveness.
Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement.
Part and line approval follow up for whole project.
Formulate, implement and support company wide quality strategies
Lead and execute quality decision on product criterion at the in-process, assembly level and outgoing areas.
Job Requirements:
College degree of Science/ Engineering or equivalent knowledge.
With 2 years experience in quality control including experience in customer quality management.
Good spoken, written and communication skill.
Familiar with quality tools.
