You will be part of a skilled agile team where you would collaborate with agile stakeholders to plan release and quality engineering efforts, implement selenium - cucumber/BDD automation framework, and test API's using SOAPUI/Karate framework at a large U.S. Financial institution. Lead overall test deliverables of assigned project from inception to deployment. . Acts as the single point of Contact for QE team and responsible for QE members deliverables. Ability to train new members and ensure continuous learning of new technologies required. . Build and Maintain Selenium/Cucumber/BDD framework automation suits. . Execute GUI, API testing as required including Karate Framework. . Create and Maintain Automation suites based on Java programming and Object-oriented concepts. . Perform in-sprint automation within assigned project for all phases of test life cycle . Should have good exposure in creating simple to medium SQL queries. . As a member of agile team, participate in all ceremonies, scrum calls, demos and planning sessions. . Maintain constant communication with BA's, LOB and other project members. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Candidate should be excellent in testing process, defect management with 8+ years of experience. . Should have experience in Lead Tester role and working with 2 to 4 members QE team. . Good hands-on experience in Developing Test Artifacts, Metrics and Dashboard reports. . Candidates with Selenium/Cucumber/BDD framework exposure preferred. . Must have excellent GUI, API testing with Karate Framework. . Excellent in Java programming and Object-oriented concepts. . Should have exposure to in-sprint automation . Should have good exposure in creating simple to complex SQL queries. . Good exposure to agile testing process. . Excellent communication skill to interact with BA's and LOB is required .
