Develop test cases and prioritize testingactivities. Execute all the test case and report defects, defineseverity and priority for each defect. Reviews and translates requirements,specifications and technical design documents to provide meaningfulfeedback to product developers Creates, maintains and executesautomation test scripts Analyzes automation results andinvestigate failures Designs detailed and comprehensive test plansand test cases Perform regression testing when bugs areresolved Identifies KPIs for product quality Tracks qualityassurance metrics such as defect densities, defect frequency firsttime pass rate Keeps up-to-date on latest test software andframeworks Drives software development process to quality-centricmethodologies Identifies Quality Assurance process bottlenecks anddesign and implement solutions Controls, updates and distributesnew and revised quality standards and technical changes Preparesand deliver formal quality audit reports Technical Knowledge andSkills: Knowledge and experienced software qualityassurance Knowledge and experienced writing broad test plans andtest cases Familiarity with black box and white box testingpractices; familiar with technologies such as: Cucumber, Seleniumand open-source testing frameworks Good knowledge of differenttesting techniques i.e. UI testing, Automated testing; familiar withbehaviour driven testing Collaborative attitude, willingnessto work with team members; able to coach, participate in codereviews, share skills and methods Constantly learns from bothsuccess and failure Good verbal and written communication;effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcome
