Performs Technical quality check/validation on all jobs queued prior to delivery. Handles escalated jobs from the team/floor to resolve and meet client expectations regarding any type, category, or complexity of the job assigned prior to delivery. Continues to achieve excellent knowledge of recent web development standards and trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The checking and proofreading of the web developer/graphic designers' work and making sure all orders are in compliance with product and client specifications as well as industry standards.
Understanding, evaluating, and executing quality procedures and proper compliance with the workflow process.
Provide feedback to web developer/graphic designers about the quality of produced orders.
Seeks and participates in development and learning opportunities and maintains knowledge in his/her field of expertise.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Experience in quality management/quality assurance is a plus
Must have excellent attention to details
Open to working in variable shift schedules.
