Job Description:
The Quality Control Technician (QC) is accountable for ensuring that the team achieve established quality metrics. The QC Tech reports to the Operations Manager.
Job Descriptions:
Drive Quality achievement by coaching agents weekly (group/individual) on improvement opportunities presented by client feedback/updates, client QC feedback, and side by sides (SBS).
Perform designer job checks as necessary based on designer QC graduation
Regularly review quality-of-service trends for assigned programs and generate weekly team/designer quality performance report
Maintain necessary QC documents (i.e. Dispute Tracker, QC Dashboard, Checklists, Q&A Alignment Form)
Review and file QC error disputes from designers to client · Provide QC-based updates in weekly client alignment meetings
Escalate quality trends to the attention of the Quality Manager, Team Leader/Lead Agent, or Program Manager, as appropriate
Generate solar proposals

Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in any related field
Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills
Good eye to details
Team player and can easily adopt to new learning
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA is a plus
At least 1 year of experience with AutoCAD
