We are a seafood export manufacturing firm based in Mactan Economic Zone 1, Lapu-Lapu City,  Cebu, Philippines. We manufacture pasteurized canned crabmeat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps,  cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.
 
We are in need of:
 
QUALITY CONTROL (QC) MANAGER (FROZEN TUNA)
 
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing all quantity control processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
Ensuring all products meet regulatory requirements and company specifications
Supervising QC Staff and ensuring proper inspection, testing and documentation
Monitoring production processes to identify and address quality issues.
Coordinating with production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns.
Conducting internal audits and preparing reports for management and external audits.
Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, SSOP and other food safety standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Food Technology, Fisheries, Biology, or any related course.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in quality control/assurance in food manufacturing or seafood processing, preferably in canning industry.
With at least 2-3 years of managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
