The Quality Control & Production Assistant is responsible in monitoring and implement sampling procedures and guidelines at all levels of QC operations by conducting the regular sampling and inspection at a given frequency. It also aims to maintain the good hygiene and sanitation of the QC area by regular cleaning.
Responsibilities:
*Knowledgeable in QA/QC process flow from beginning to end.
• Checks and verifies completeness of the QC specialist monitoring reports, validates and analyze data of the monitoring report. Conducts inspections from time to time.
• Sampling and testing incoming raw and packaging materials, validates quality status of the delivery. Able to coordinate with concerned department.
• Checks and verifies finished products specifications, and conducts ageing reports validation and evaluation.
• Prepares and conducts standardization of reagents for analytical testing.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineer (Chemical), Chemistry, Science & Technology, Food Technology or equivalent
• Must have 1-2 years related work experienced in Quality Control or Quality Assurance Assistant for FMCG
• Can follow specific instruction diligently
• Must computer literate on MS Office
