QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
 
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizes, oversees and monitors the duties of Quality Inspectors to ensure adherence to establish quality standards and procedures.
Investigates and reviews corrective solutions and preventive measures on claims and in-house quality issues.
Assists plantwide SPC application and reviews existing procedures to conform with work processes and verify any deviation vs actual.
Develops monthly reports showing inspection and audits performance and improvement opportunities.
Assists in regular meetings with inspection and audit team
Supports production and operators training for interpretation and methods following the established process standards.
Implements ISO 9001 standards and maintains the quality systems.
Performs other functions as may be required by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering Course or other related field/ area.
Exposed in Manufacturing process and well versed with QC tools application or any problem-solving techniques and SPC tools is an advantage.
Possesses strong leadership skills and can work with minimal supervision.
Hands-on experience using quality control tools in Inspection namely caliper, micrometers, height gauges, calibration and others.
Familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and its implementation.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
