System Knowledge Product knowledge for overall system procedure. Perform all the required tests to ensure system is working well. 2.Reports Can submit daily reports on time. Can analyze data extracted from the system. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques. Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail. 3. The Quality Control will assist management in Customer Service in determining compliance with performance and quality control standards. Identifies, analyzes, and provides feedback for enhanced customer interactions and compliance.
