Conducts internal punchlisting to ensure quality control in preparation for external punchlisting, as well as turnover of residential units to buyers
Conducts internal (quality inspection from construction) and external punchlisting (turnover inspection with buyers)
Conducts turnover and Assists in the preparation of client information kits * Prepares weekly report on status of turnover
Generates post-mortem report gathered from the feedback of clients of residential units during inspection and early occupancy of units.
Provides technical support to horizontal developments (land and houses) through plans evaluation and pre-construction coordination with clients and their designer
a. Conducts pre-construction coordination with clients and their designers
b. Reviews and evaluates house plans to ensure conformity to the prescribed restrictions and design guidelines * Signs-off the certificate of completion for the return of the construction bond
Assists in client queries, concerns and unit modification requests
Good command of English and Filipino communication skills
