Job Description
Prepares audit plans and understands the specific issues to be evaluated
Executes internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate and client specifications and standards
Perform quality auditing calibration sessions
Develops formal written reports to communicate audit results to management
Make recommendations to management based on findings
Recommend and implement changes to operational processes and practices
May assist with coordination of external audits
Liaise with the corporate quality team
Assist as with new account launches and expansions
Other responsibilities as assigned
