Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Team Lead is responsible for creating the end-to-end, automated & semi-automated, structured test plans; lead the QA team in executing the various plans and managing all activities in the plans to ensure that all the objectives are met, documented and that the Company solutions work and performs in the highest quality expected. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with the current build and existing systems.
To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed, the QA Team Lead oversees the other Tester team members, nurturing and developing them, to ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.  The QA Team Lead also play a key role in all aspect of the Client UAT process, preparing the relevant documentation and managing the client through the acceptance and signoff process.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, develop, refine and improve the quality assurance test methodology of the Company
Carryout the requirement gathering, documentation, planning and execution of the QA processes with the QA team
Lead the team on the continual processes of development and refinement of Structured Automated Script Testing, with tools like Selenium, etc.
Lead and perform testing and verification for web platforms, mobile applications, serious games, background services and web services of complex systems
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan
Validate code changes by executing the test plans you created and perform regression testing on bug fixes
Document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members
Ensure all issues and bugs are appropriately identified, documented, validated, regressed, and resolved in a timely manner, managing the workload of team members
Interpret and report testing results and serve as a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process
Contribute to process improvements, resources, and keep knowledge base of known issues and bugs
Stay up-to-date with new testing techniques and strategies
Qualifications
Good hands-on experience in writing Automation Test-Script using Selenium, Katalon and Klaros
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer and mobil device literate
Work efficiently with a team in a fast-paced professional office environment
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of QA Processes and Software Development Lifecycle and the ability to write automated test-script in Selenium
Knowledge of HTML and CSS; Quality Management Software and Processes, automated software testing, and online bug tracking tools
Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently with minimal managerial oversight, deliver quality deliverables against strict deadlines
Preferred qualifications
BS Degree in Computer Science or in a related field preferred.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as Software QA Analyst or Tester.
Experience is development, coding in PHP, Laravel, Unity, C#, creating test cases (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Cross Browser Testing, Mobile Application Testing) and Selenium test scripts.
An understanding of agile development best practices (Scrum methodology)
