Duties and Responsibilities
ACCOUNTABILITY AND DEPENDABILITY
Ensures timely and quality project site.
GAINING VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE
Develop contract audit schedule, assign, and conduct an audit to determine compliance to the project management system.
Follow up on audit findings to ensure proper closeout and correction.
Ensure all audits are value-added to ensure proper compliance to the scope of work, measurement, and specifications.
Establish effective preventive and corrective action to ensure that deficiencies do not re-occur.
MATHEMATICAL REASONING
Establish statistical measurement to define quality (KPI).
OPERATING EQUIPMENT
Prepare and / or review Site Inspection test plans, site quality procedures, and other related quality method statements.
RESULTS FOCUS AND INITIATIVES
Prepare data for project management review to assess the effectiveness of systems areas of reoccurring deficiencies and areas for improvement.
Job Skills and Qualifications
College Graduate of BS Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent with PRC License
5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field
AutoCAD Knowledge and skill will be an advantage. With good communication skills. Performance Measures
