Job Function
Develop the Food & Beverage and Institutional & Laundry market through increased organic growth (range selling) and market base (new account openings)
Develop new customers and maintain existing customers
Provide cleaning solutions to customers' cleaning challenges and customers' personnel training issues
Offering pricing scheme according to Company's profitability performance
Collaborating with the internal and external team members in the achievement of sales objectives
Monitor competitive activities.
In-charge of handling technical and process application inquiries and concerns of customers.
Improve customer relationships by employing techniques in order to address customer needs in the best way possible.
Manages relationship with customers by attending to their needs and inquiries.
Realign customer needs to the kind of service to be provided.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of BS Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Food Technology or Microbiology
With relative experience as Sales personnel in F&B or in Institutional & Laundry industries
Posses driver's license
With background/ certificate of training in HACCP, Food Safety, Housekeeping and Laundry
With good oral and written communication
Computer literate
Proficient in MS Application such as word, power point and excel
