About The Role
Frontier is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales Associate with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Your impact
The QA Specialist will play an instrumental, hands-on role in delivering our best-in-class customer experiences. As a key contributor in our fast-paced, exciting startup, they will establish themselves as a trusted partner with customers, clients, and the community.

About this opportunity:
You will listen to calls, provide opportunities and feedback.
You will work on reporting needs and monitoring
You will will be measured on two things:
Your ability to audit calls and providing feedback
Gathering the information about the situation and reporting it back to the senior management
Do you have the right ingredients?
Previous experience in Quality Assurance
Previous experience is Sales management or Sales Operations
Experience in Senior Housing, Real Estate or Business Development is a plus
Aptitude and passion for technology
Agility to do what it takes to meet the needs of the business
Driven by KPIs and benchmarks
Compensation & Benefits
