Job Description
Conducts audits on areas based on IMS requirements and coordinates with QA_FS Line Personnel every month for consolidation of results.
Inspects area for loose items, glass inventory, cleaning and sanitation, and daily GMP.
Reports monthly surveillance checklist to the QA-FS Leader.
Updates annual analysis of raw materials, including the 3rd party suppliers.
Conducts supplier’s audit.
Identifies outstanding non-conformance product incidences and coordinates with assigned area for completion of corrections, corrective and preventive actions.
Ensures completion and conformance to PRP and HACCP programs in assigned areas; inspects area records and DCC.
