Leads in the design, development and implementation of Quality Assurance Programs for capability building in terms of technical knowledge and process knowledge of the internal Project Teams (Corporate Project Management) and across the enterprise to drive quality compliance across the project lifecycle.
Design, develop, implement and monitor systems that will enable tracking of non-compliances, observations that may cause potential quality issues, and observed best practices across all projects to enable measurement of cost impact and ensure successful recovery of associated costs.
Leads in the development and implementation of vendor (contractor and supplier) performance management system for Corporate Project Management and provides periodic performance evaluation results as an input to Vendor Management of Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain Group
Develops training programs for external Vendors and Contractors on Manila Water engineering standards, quality execution and process trainings to promote consistent delivery of quality works on all projects
Develops quality programs to establish quality culture across the enterprise including proponents and end-users (COG, EZBO) as well as external partners such as suppliers and contractors for consistent delivery of quality services and materials.
Influences owners and executives of the contractors and suppliers to invest in QA programs to consistently deliver quality services/goods.
Institutionalizes Best Practices in Quality Assurance across the company and its vendor pool.
Works closely with internal functional experts to develop and implement QA programs aimed at reducing the number of quality infractions.
