Quality Assurance OfficerData Analytics Ventures Inc. (DAVI)

A Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for:
Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Planning, creating and managing the overall Quality Planning strategy
Identifying, recording, and documenting thoroughly the project and tracking the bugs.
Performing unit, regression, integration, smoke and exploratory testing
Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products.
Ensuring that the applications used are in full compliance with the best practices of software development with the potential to adapt to improvements that will be set forth by upstream sources.
Implementing automation testing to shorten time to test to market.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related courses
At least 2 years of proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
With experience on testing API endpoints.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
