Quality Assurance Manager for online teaching 44302Reeracoen

- Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide initiatives for improvement of processes and/or rules
- Pro-actively propose and execute new initiatives in order to achieve the department goals and the company mission
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and philosophy
- Work hand-in-hand with the top management and department managers in implementing various measures to improve the overall performance of employees and the company
- Mentor and coach Supervisor, TLs and other members of the team by providing constructive analysis of their work and through key performance indicators
- Train, grow, and connect with the team to have needed skills, abilities, and mindset
- Work together with Internal Affairs in hiring potential candidates for the department and improve the work relationship of everyone
- Conduct regular, corporate, and special lessons, if necessary
- Do other related duties as assigned
Home-based Tutors
- Improve overall lesson quality of tutors
- End-to-end investigation of incident reports (skips, cancellations, and system troubles) involving tutors
- Coach tutors based on behavioral, skills, and/or attendance matters
- Train tutors to provide quality teaching for customer success
- Plan and implement different initiatives to improve overall tutors' quality: Grammar, Speech, and Lesson Guidelines.

- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must have at least 3 years experience as Quality Assurance Manager under BPO or ESL industry
- Preferably with English degree
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Google sheets and Microsoft Office especially in formulas
- Must be willing to report in Makati as needed by the company
- Must be willing to conduct overtime
For Covid-19 precautionary measures, we are currently working from home.
Internet Requirements:
- Internet Plan must be DSL or Fibr
- Must have 10 mbps internet plan
