Quality Assurance Leadlady in Guyong Sta Maria Bulacan 16k to 17k
 
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of any course
-Minimum three (3) years of working experience in manufacturing industry
-With good verbal and writing skills
-Ability in problem solving and provide factual reports
-With effective verbal and writing skill
-Can conduct analysis and  a systematic validation of processes
Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepares weekly schedule of QA Personnel.
-Prepares manning table of QA Personnel for payroll.
-Reviews, evaluates and analyses quality control reports for accuracy and takes actions to correct quality problems.
-Coordinates with other department relevant to quality and recommends proper corrective action.
-Inspects all incoming raw materials and validates out-going Products.
-Supervises and monitors QA inspectors performance.
-Attends and evaluates sub-con employees in monthly evaluation meeting.
-Discusses job description to new employees.
-Documents/ provides investigation report or Customer Complaints or Product deficiencies encountered.
-Assigns immediate subordinates a specific designated area of inspection on a basis of weekly schedule activity which is to be reviewed and approved by QA head. -Performs assigned tasks from time to time.
-Provides factual data during investigation.
-Conducts, assist, validates Audit results and corrective actions set by concern departments.
-Facilitates compliance Audits.
-Documents results generated from Audit.
