Assist the QA Head in all QA activities. To ensure all aspects of warehouse operations are in accordance with standards prescribed by GFSI and guidelines promulgated by RCOC QA. To ensure corrective and preventive action for any noted deviations are implemented.
Ensures food safety, security, and sanitation systems are maintained in accordance with GMP, GWP, HACCP, IFS standard and other guidelines - conduct inspections of facilities, equipment, practices, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in food-related discipline such as food science, microbiology, chemistry, or food industry management
Exposed to food-related trainings (HACCP/IFS/BRC)
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods
Knowledge of principles and methods of food processes
1-2 years of work-related experience
