Description
Test website & mobile app and identify deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified problems
Investigate quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data
Upload and activate accounts for subscriptions
Provide IT internal support such as setting up of laptops, networks, etc.
Troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers, clients, and internal team
Act as Data Protection Officer (DPO) as defined in Data Privacy Act of 2012
Prepare accurate, timely and completed reports as requested by Management
Requirements
At least 2 years' relevant experience
Willing to work in Timog Avenue, Quezon City office if required & needed
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

Language(s): English ,Tagalog
