Job Overview
We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers who will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure that existing quality systems, standards and rules are implemented in all production lines, periodically reviewed and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Review changes to specifications, processes and systems to ensure appropriate change control and evaluation
Ensure that Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures are meticulously performed in adherence to product quality inspection standards
Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of quality records
Job Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or with relevant experience on Quality Assurance and Control
Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred
Also accepts Fresh Graduates
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office, and strong documentation abilities
