JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
Perform manual Functional and Regression testing, recording the results and raising defects.
Ensure minimal impact is experienced by the core Business systems during code releases.
Provide testing support to the Systems team when required.
Daily test targets are delivered.
Continuous communication with the Product Manager for feedback on the status of testing. (Reporting and Escalating)
Manage and track issues/bugs and their resolutions.
Create proper documentation of test results and cases.
Create and Execute proper Testing processes and practices.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Software QA or related roles.
Proficient in testing cycle including functional and regression testing.
Applied knowledge in Agile methodologies (Sprint, extreme programming)
Applied knowledge in Issue Management Tracking Systems such as ‘JIRA’,
Good and applied knowledge in Git
