Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics or equivalent
Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and editing of relevant technical documents
Proficient in employing approved Quality Tools
Able to understand regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485
Critical thinker with attention to detail
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Possess strong analytical skills in Data Analysis and Statistics
Highly motivated and self-driven
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Can work under pressure and conflicting priorities
Familiar with MS Office, skills in Excel Macro are a big plus
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and trend Product Quality Performance
Provide weekly reports to management involving customer issues, volume and nature of complaints
Work closely with other members of the QA organization (internal and external) in order to meet deliverables for a timely closure of complaints
Support department leadership in the containment, investigation, and closure of customer complaints.
Track volume and cycle time of customer complaints from start to finish
Help prepare periodic reports and metrics to management
Prepare reports such as ships vs returns as required by customers
Perform other related tasks
