Established on February 12, 1991, is a 100% Filipino owned company. We are a producer and supplier of highly specialized components to major electronics and semiconductor companies with operations in the Philippines, Asia Pacific, America, and Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate (Preferably Engineering)
Minimum 1-year experience on the similar position
Preferably from Electronics company
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and FMEA
Basic problem solving methodologies
With good communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Section Manager in achieving QA Engineering objectives. Provides suggestions on how to improve company's level of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Checks the manufacturing line for quality problems, supports and guide QA technician on how to improve the corrective and preventive actions implemented to eliminate quality problem in the line.
Checks recurring complaints or rejects in the manufacturing area. Coordinates with the production and Engineering personnel so that corrective and preventive actions are affecting (CAPA) are addressed monitors.
Prefers the necessary documents including control plan, supplier, product, and critical master lists as reference for standardization. Facilitates review and approval of all drawings and specifications and ensures that all required inspection criteria and procedures are documented and implemented in the manufacturing.
Prepares first article monitoring and oversees inspection of it by ensuring availability of Quality Inspectors through proper scheduling. Coordinates status with customer and ensures timely delivery of first article.
Supports manufacturing personnel to identify root cause and coordinates corrective actions. Participates in multi-disciplinary teams to resolve quality problems.
Conduct verification audit based on the target date on CAPA committed in 8D and MRB Report and actual verification on the quality issues highlighted by the customer and in the line.
Verifies all committed actions for all external and internal issues.
Interacts with Engineers and Supervisors during review of control plans and FMEA.
Implement company policies, rules and regulations to maintain discipline and order within the department. Impose and/or approves disciplinary actions to department personnel who violate company policies, rules and regulations.
Ensures all concerned operators and/or inspectors are oriented for any changes on specifications and processes of the product.
Handles buy-off of new product for qualifications.
Handles qualification of materials under localization.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
