We are currently hiring:  
 
QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that existing quality systems, standard and rule are implemented in all production line, periodically reviewed, and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for
improvement.
Investigate product quality, to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Drive problem-solving and root cause and analysis activities to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances
Review changes to specifications, processes, and systems to ensure appropriate change control and evaluation
Ensure that Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures are meticulously performed in adherence to product quality inspection standards
Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of quality records.
Collect quality data and present reports and metrics to Senior Team Leader 
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Aids in the implementation of ISO 19001 Quality Management Systems
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of any engineering course, preferable, with relevant experience on Quality Assurance and Control
Knowledge on various quality system methodologies such as 8D, Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, etc.
Knowledgeable of ISO 19001 and other Quality Management Systems
At least 1 year experienced as Industrial/Production Engineer in a manufacturing plant
Proficiency in computerized database or document system as well as MS Applications such as Excel
