Job Descriptions
Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
Oversee continuous improvement projects.
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Must be a Licensed Engineer
At least 1 year experience as quality assurance engineer
Have a knowledge about ready-mix concrete industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
