Description
1. Supervises sampling inspection to assure that the product meets the customer requirements.
2. Checks and summarizes monthly data of non-conformances found during product sampling inspection.
3. Verifies defects/non-conformances encountered by production to ensure quality.
4. Creates and maintains company quality documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.
5. Leads material or tool evaluation to ensure conformance to customer/ process requirements.
6. Issues Corrective Action Report for all non-conformance found in a process.
7. Monitors and verifies the implementation, effectiveness, and closure of Corrective Action on non-conformance such as process non-conformity feedback and others.
8.Prepares report for quality/ operations performance review.
9.Supports and assists in generating corrective/preventive actions for all quality issues encountered.
10. Assists in communication with customers relating to quality issues/problems encountered.
11. Assists in approval of NG data sheet prior to sending.
12. Conducts verification of the effectiveness of implemented corrective action.
13. Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates and discusses results.
14. Reviews and updates department FMEA.
15.Performs related functions as deemed necessary by the superiors.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Customer service, Decision making, Leadership, Problem Solving
