Job Description Take ownership of user research, interviews, and surveys, and translate the findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, mockups, and prototypes for multiple world-class clients. As a UX Designer, you may also be required to design the overall functionality of the product's UI, and continuously iterate to ensure the best user experience. 1. Initiates and drives a user experience strategy (across different digital workplace domains and employee lifecycle stages) that defines the evolution of the workplace from physical to digital 2. Drives the design of user interfaces of digital workplace that is easy, pleasant, memorable, relevant, seamless and interconnected. 3. Leads the creation of "Digital Employee Personas" to better represent the various cognitive, behavioral and emotional facets of employees in the context of digital workplace. 4. Leads the assessment of current experience in physical workplace to understand blocks and motivations to engagement, productivity, efficiency and general well-being. 5.
