Job Descriptions
Participates in project planning processes.
Creates and shares testing estimates and operational requirements to enable accurate planning with realistic timelines.
Participates in creating test plans, data, procedures, and manual and/or automated scripts.
Participates as an observer in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs.
Writes & reproduces accurate software problem reports.
Assists in creating test cases
Creates test data for multiple or complex projects.
Reviews modules for quality assurance.
Executes manual and/or automated test scripts for multiple or complex projects.
Performs testing for multiple or complex projects & retests as necessary.
Reviews and reports complex test results.
Identifies test issues on multiple or complex projects.
May give occasional functional guidance and mentoring to other team members.
Participates in team project planning.
Performs functional analysis for small to moderate projects.
Works on multiple projects concurrently.
Contributes to on-time and on-budget project goals.
Maintains status of project responsibilities.
Analyses performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
Ensures IT solutions meet client needs.
Job Qualifications
Perform excellently in stressful situations.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, presentation skills is also a plus.
Strong background on object oriented analysis, design and programming.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Experience:
Quality Assurance: 1 year (Preferred)
