Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer Sr. with a focus on Jira Administration, you will enter a high-energy and tech savvy world. Successful Jira Administrator can adapt quickly to changing technical and professional environments.
What you'll do:
Actively participate in the assessment, planning, designing, and implementing of Jira workflows, reporting, dashboards, metrics, global configuration, content creation and management, troubleshooting and support
Design, deploy and support large-scale Jira implementations
Create/setup workflows, schemes and other features available through Jira
Knowledge of security permissions for overall Jira platform, dashboards, TeamSpace's, projects, etc.
Maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex Jira project needs
Manage Jira's performance, scalability and provide day-to-day support for internal and external users
Utilize Atlassian resources and community to help team implement best practices within Jira
Informed; stay up to date with Confluence and Atlassian suite of products (e.g. New product updates, Add-ons, connectors, etc.)
Communicates tasks and priorities to direct reports, management, and project stakeholders
Manage release management schedule and milestone calendars
Provide both quality control techniques and quality assurance practices to help ensure the continued high level of quality in Insight business systems
Authoring and publishing policies, procedures, standards and templates in support of Information Technology development, infrastructure and quality assurance departments
Ability to lead cross functional teams
What you'll need:
3+ years implementing and troubleshooting Jira system.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment.
Growth in technical skills through certifications (ACP-100) or other similar achievements is desired.
Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, plan and execute a goal.
Must be willing to work night shift schedule.
Experience and knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus.
