REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Industrial Electrical, Mechanical & Electronics Engineering
Preferably with experience working in the QS 9000, ISO 3001:2000 or TS 16949 companies
Preferably with experience in Customer Relation
Hardworking and flexible
Competent with computer skills, including Excel Word & Powerpoint
Good in communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Analytical skills
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Receives and informs material rejection report (MRR) Material Improvement Report (MIR), customer claims & feedbacks & others information related to product quality issue & voice of the customer
Performs in identifying basic problems & establishing Corrective and Preventive actions in relation to the customer claim.
Assist in providing support to QC section in relation to basic inquiries on the process, inquiries & quality feedback.
