We are looking for an experienced Audit Associate responsible for conducting internal audits within the organization and assist in all matters regarding the implementation of the audit program.
Minimum Qualifications/ Experiences:
1. Candidate must at least be a Bachelor degree holder of BS Food Technology or any science-related field
2. With strong background on GMP, SSOP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 (or at least ISO 22000), FSSC v5 Scheme and Halal is required.
3. Must be knowledgeable on plant-wide inspections and auditing functions.
4. Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a food manufacturing set-up.
You scope of duties and responsibilities shall include:
1. Conducts internal audit in compliance to Food Safety Management System of the organization.
2. Conducts external audit for suppliers, whenever assigned.
3. Conducts internal Halal audit in compliance to Halal Assurance System of the organization, whenever assigned.
4. Provides feedback and updates to immediate supervisor on all audit findings.
5. Provides assistance to internal audit team in obtaining all necessary audit working paper, documentation including research and documenting facts and findings
6. Understands and performs the audit procedures in all assigned areas. Provides suggestions/ recommendation for practical improvements.
7. Develops audit reports including results, conclusions and recommendations.
8. Initiates internal communication and follow ups, and ensure that previous audit findings are resolved properly and corrective actions are implemented.
9. Develops creative audit techniques for operational efficiency.
10. Ensures that audit documents, records and files are updated and reviewed in a timely manner.
11.0Facilitates verification of the effectiveness of action plans in Correction and Corrective Action Reports (CCARs) and Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs)
12. Reports to immediate supervisor and other concerned personnel any observation or deviation that may affect or contribute in the implementation of FSMS.
13. Perform other duties as required/ deemed necessary.
