Quality Assurance AssistantPCCW

Reports to: This Assistant Quality Assurance Officer will report to the Lead of Compliance & Quality Assurance (CQA) Team from Hong Kong Headquarter and his/her Team Lead for Shared Services team in PH.
Job Overview: The successful candidate will be a member of our CQA team to promote the corporate quality assurance exercises across Hong Kong and Pan-Asia regions. He/She shall demonstrate enthusiasm, sense of responsibility and attention to details in his/her position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with other teams to improve operational and quality assurance processes across the Company
Collect quality metrics to help generating reports relating to dynamic business needs
Assist in the maintenance of the controlled QMS documents and the annual review exercise
Support the necessary process revamping exercises
Take part in the coordination of training activities and perform post-training performance analysis for continuous improvement
Assist in both ISO internal and surveillance audits
Primary point person and coordinator for PEZA requirements and activities for PH office.
Perform tasks as needed for Data Privacy, Business Continuity, and Information Security
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control as QA Officer / Assistant with fundamental knowledge on ISO standards (such as ISO 9001 and 20000) and risk management.
Knowledge in programming (such as Macro, SQL and Java) is a definite advantage
Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage - PEZA, Data Privacy, Business Continuity Planning and Information Security
A self-starter with great attention to details and critical thinking skills to manage multiple tasks
A responsible team player with good inter-personal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English is a must
