Collates departmental quality objectives
Conducts validation of monitoring methods for declared departmental quality objectives
Conducts validation of attainment of the department against submitted validation records
Submits Quality Objectives Report on time
Perform analysis on gathered data/results
Conducts follow up with respective department heads for issued CPARs
Conducts follow up verification for Corrective and Preventive Action Request by gathering objective evidence for declared corrective actions
Ensures that the Quality Management System particularly Departmental Quality Objectives is implemented, functional and effective
Completes projects assigned by the Quality Assurance Supervisor
Assists the Quality Assurance Supervisor in ensuring that QMS processes are implemented and maintained
A Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Quality Audit, or Quality Improvement
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Suite Proggrams)
Knows how to operate office equipment
Possesses the following skills and traits (Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Ability to work with a Team, Good verbal and written communication skills, has good attention to details, Analytical skills and Time Management skills)
Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate data
Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems
High proficiency in computation
