The Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics manufacturing industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes, and a passion for ensuring the production of high-quality cosmetic products.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Oversee and enhance quality control procedures for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Implement and maintain a quality management system in line with ISO standards.
Team Management and Training:
Lead and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are current on the latest quality control techniques and industry regulations.
Product Testing and Validation:
Coordinate with the R&D department to validate testing methods for new products.
Oversee the analysis of test results and make recommendations for product improvements or corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA/QC activities and test results.
Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics, issues, and improvements to senior management.
Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
Ensure all cosmetic products are manufactured in compliance with legal and quality standards.
Continuously seek ways to improve quality control processes and procedures.
