1. Reports to company's Quality Management Representative (VP/GM) and/or Quality Chairman (PR)
2. Officer(over-all in charge of ISO and TIMS implementation and compliance)
3. Over-all head of Internal Quality Auditors (ISO/TIMS). Plan, organize and document Audit Programs and reports
3. Monitors the company's compliance to mandatory & regulatory compliances. Reports to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of the company.
4. Member of Occupational Safety and Health Committe, Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plan, and Risk Management Initiatives.
5. Monitors Risk Management Register and Business Continuity Plan initiatives. Evaluates its Effectiveness. Maintain hard and soft copies of RMR and BCP.
6. Member of the QMC - Keep up to date with the directives of TDG/TIMS, TCL Japan, Yusen Japan, NGSA (Singapor) and compliance requirements of the company.
7. Ensures the processes needed for the effective implementation of the QMS are established, documented in accordance with it's elements, implemented and reviewed regularly.
8. Prepares and submit related reports.
